My road to a fitness comeback for the coming months. I've had it with my unfit self and will be taking on a training regime to get back to how I should be. Hope to have a good exchange of ideas regarding workouts, eating plans, tips and tricks for losing weight.

Day 1
Started off with some jogging around town. 30mins or so. Following that i did some basic upper body exercises around the chest, biceps and shoulders. Another. 20 mins. Went out had a small plate of muscles and some wine. Need to ge the eating habits in order. Challenge is gonna be eating well at work, and then holding back at dinner. Will check in tomorrow...
