Started the morning well. 3 sets of upper body exercises. Not much but a good start. Took 2 oranges to work for snacks and 3 cans of tuna to make some form of lunch. Was planning on buying veg on the way but didn't find any. That's going to be a problem.
Need to fit in more exercise after work. Anyone has any ideas for exercise DURING work? that would be great but in the summer months its not very work friendly, especially to the other workers.
You can do butt exercises. Clench your ass for 30 seconds, release for 10 and repeat. Really works those gluts :P
